We’re continuing to push the envelope of the data we provide to help you make even faster, smarter decisions. We’re now providing more information about account holders and loan/credit card accounts from the major banks to give you greater customer insight.

This information is currently only available in our XML/JSON data (versions 20160527 and 20170401). Below is what you will start to see for your CBA customers where available:

Contact Info

• Email Address e.g. XXXX@gmail.com (CBA has the domain visible)
• Phone Number e.g. XXXX XXX 365 (CBA has last 3 digits visible)

Loan Account Info

• Redraw Amount
• Next Repayment Date
• Loan Maturity Date
• Interest Rate Type e.g. Fixed, Variable
• Repayment Type e.g. Principle and Interest, Interest Only

Credit Card Account Info

• Credit Limit
• Next Payment Due Date
• Minimum Amount Due
• Last Payment Date
• Card Holder Relationship e.g. Primary

Where to find it

This new data can be found in the raw data under bankData → bankAccounts → additionalDetails and is already flowing through for your CBA customers where available.
