Over the last few months we have been preparing some upgrades to the infrastructure and architecture powering the illion BankStatements product. These upgrades will increase the security and stability of our services and prepare us for future upgrades and development.

We have already performed these upgrades in the public testing environment with no downtime and no visible impact on customer usage. However, while care has been taken to ensure there are no external changes which will affect existing integrations, it is possible that there could be some incompatibility between some software systems and our updated implementation.

Therefore we encourage all clients to test their API integrations in the test environment over the coming week, so that any issues can be addressed before we rollout the changes to production.

We will be monitoring the impact of the changes in the test environment, and plan to implement them in production by August 23rd 2019.
